Defensive Dual Index Plan 26

When you invest in the Defensive Dual Index Plan 26, you may receive capital growth of 8% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index and the S&P 500 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on any anniversary date, from year two onwards, if both Indices are at or above their Initial Index Level.

Defensive feature: If no early kick-out occurs, investors still receive 48% growth at the end of the term provided that both Indices are at or above 75% of their Initial Index Levels.

Capital is at risk if either Index closes below 50% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date
