When you invest in the Defensive Annual Growth Plan 13, you may receive capital growth of 6.25% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on any anniversary date, from year two onwards, if the FTSE 100 Index is at or above its Initial Index Level.

Defensive feature: If no early kick-out occurs, investors still receive 37.5% growth at the end of the term provided the FTSE 100 Index is at or above 75% of its Initial Index Level.

Capital is at risk if the Index closes below 50% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
