When you invest in the Semi-Annual Step Down Kick-out Plan Issue 7, you may receive an accumulated amount of 3.15% for each six month period that has elapsed (equivalent to 6.3% per annum) depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on any Anniversary Date, from year two onwards, if the FTSE 100 Index is at or above its required kick-out level.

The Plan includes a defensive feature, whereby the required kick-out level reduces by 5% of the Initial Index Level on the third anniversary, and on each year thereafter.

Capital is at risk if the Index closes below 60% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
