Through his experiences, he has built financial plans and solutions for clients in various areas such as pensions, life assurance, business protection, estate planning, trusts, corporate pensions, employee benefits, personal investments, savings and tax planning. Scott’s personable and approachable manner helps to ensure clients feel comfortable in the knowledge their needs and finances are well looked after.
Tricia Moss is a Paraplanner for the Financial Planning division. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having started out as a Consultant before becoming a Paraplanner. Having worked for Walker Crips since August 2013, Tricia prides herself in providing an efficient service to consultants and clients alike.
James started out in the Pensions division in 2018, where he administered various Small Self-Administered pension schemes and Funded Unapproved Benefit Schemes. In 2020 he moved to the financial planning division to undertake a Trainee advisor role . As well as studying for his exams to become a financial planner, James deals with new and existing stock and shares ISAs, investment portfolios, and pension portfolios for his designated consultant Graham Knott.
Dominic joined Walker Crips in 1994, after graduating from De Montfort University with a degree in Land Management, specialising in retail and commercial property valuation, property development, investment and finance. After becoming a Managing Director in 2017, Dominic now divides his time between advising clients and managing the Financial Planning division.
Graham has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry and is currently working towards his Chartered status. He is passionate about helping his clients and their families achieve their financial goals and prides himself on being able to explain complex financial rules to his clients in a way that is easy to understand.
Don is an FCCA qualified accountant who joined Walker Crips in 2000 and became York Office Finance Director in 2014. He is responsible for financial governance across the York Office; in 2017 his role was enhanced to include Operations. Don has gained extensive accountancy experience during his time at Walker Crips and prior, including working within the Corporate Recovery division at Arthur Andersen in Birmingham and various practice roles before moving to this industry.
Having first joined the company in 1991, Brett has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of financial planning for both individual and corporate clients. With the introduction of Auto Enrolment, Brett successfully assisted over 60 employers in meeting their regulatory requirements. He also manages many Group Life Death in Service and Group Income Protection Schemes. As well as managing corporate clients, Brett also deals with new and existing ISAs, investment and pension portfolios, and investment bonds for the company's individual client base.
Kyle joined Walker Crips in 2020 as a Trainee Advisor. Having studied Finance and Investment Management at Northumbria University, Kyle is keen to begin a career in financial planning. Over the next three years, he will be gathering the expertise and knowledge necessary to achieve the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Julie first joined Walker Crips in 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience in the sector, specialising in pension and investment planning. She is responsible for managing the pension and investment portfolios for a wide range of clients, and also deals with corporate clients. Julie is fully qualified in financial planning with the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
Charles joined Walker Crips in 2021, after advising at various national IFA practices for over a decade. He works with a variety of high net worth clients and trustees specialising in estate planning, pensions and investment advice. Charles is a Chartered Financial Planner, Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and holds the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners certificate for financial services.
Nick joined Walker Crips in 2021 as the Regional Director of the financial planning team in the south, having advised clients for over 25 years. Nick is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and divides his time between managing and growing the financial planning division and advising a wide variety of high-net-worth private clients and trustees, with a particular specialism in tax-efficient investment planning and estate planning.

She started her financial services career with Old Mutual Wealth in 2013 before moving to work with Independent Financial Advisers in 2016. Since then, Jasmine has gained a wealth of knowledge in pensions, investments and insurance enabling her to support the advisers and their clients in the best way that she can.
Kris has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry and has a wide knowledge of financial services, investments and pensions; over this time, he has held almost every position in the back-office support function. As part of his role as a paraplanner, Kris is responsible for researching and creating bespoke client reports, whilst also providing technical support for consultants. He is also a reassuring point of contact for clients, assisting with any queries that they may have along the way.

Matthew joined Walker Crips in the summer of 2023 as Regional Director for the Midlands, with more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry. He focuses on giving wealth advice to individuals, trusts and owner-managed businesses, especially where clients have complex financial needs before and during retirement. His remit also includes growing the new Midlands region through business development and recruiting further talent to the financial planning team. Matthew is a Fellow of the Personal Financial Society and a Chartered Financial Planner.
Kaz joined Walker Crips in 2023 as an Associate Director covering the South West region. He is both a Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner and has worked in professional services since 1993. Kaz works with a variety of clients with different needs and financial situations. He likes the diversity of working with high net worth individuals, business owners and trustees on all aspects of financial planning, with particular expertise in estate planning, tax, investment and retirement planning.
