Our Investor Visa Programme at Walker Crips

The Tier 1 (Investor) Visa programme allows individuals to obtain permanent residency via investment in the UK.

What is an Investor Visa?

The United Kingdom offers the opportunity to apply for a Tier 1 (Investor) Visa, which can lead to British Citizenship, for those who want to make a substantial financial investment in the UK. The minimum qualifying investment is £2,000,000. Under current criteria, applicants are required to invest the funds, within the required time frame of the Visa being granted, into qualifying instruments and maintain them for a set period of time.
