When you invest in the Defensive Dual Index Plan 43, you may receive capital growth of 6.5% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index and the S&P 500 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on any anniversary, from year two onwards, if both Indices are at or above their required kick-out levels.

If no early kick-out occurs, and the Plan runs to the full six year Investment Term, Capital is at risk if either Index closes below 50% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
