UK Kick-out Plan Issue 1

When you invest in the UK Kick-out Plan 1, you may receive an accumulated return of 10% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on any Anniversary Date, from year one onwards, if the FTSE 100 Index is at or above its Initial Index Level.

Capital is at risk if the Index closes below 60% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
