UK Kick-out Plan Issue 3

When you invest in the UK Kick-out Plan 3, you may receive an accumulated return of 9.5% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index.

Potential early maturity (kick-out) on an Anniversary Date where the FTSE 100 Index is at or above its required kick-out level.

Capital is at risk if the Index closes below 60% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
