• Details of any third party you may wish to grant authority over the account

• You will be required to upload one identity verification document and one address verification document before submitting your application.
• This online application form is for individual and joint applicants only. • If you are resident of a country outside of the United Kingdom we will need to check whether this will prevent you from opening an account with us.
