Walker Crips appoints Katie Machin, Chartered Financial Planner

Walker Crips, the Investment and Wealth Management group, has further developed its wealth management offering with the appointment of Katie Machin, Chartered Financial Planner, to its York office.

Katie joins with more than 11 years’ experience of advising clients on protection, pensions, investments and Inheritance Tax planning. Katie was previously a financial adviser at NFU Mutual for over 8 years’.

Walker Crips Wealth Management in York is expanding its team in order to help clients in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas plan for their futures. The company believes that financial planning has never been so important with changes such as the increase in ISA allowance and the sweeping new pension rules which take effect in April 2015.
